Seed Guarantee
Seeds are covered by a one-year limited guarantee. Please contact us with questions or concerns about germination so that we can help trouble shoot any issues. LIBBEY FARM is not responsible for seed damage caused by improper storage, weather, pests, adverse soil conditions, or mechanical injury.

Various factors such as soil quality, weather fluctuations, fertility levels, irrigation practices, pests, and other variables may impact plant performance.
Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, kindly reach out to us within 10 days, providing digital photo verification and a detailed description of the matter. We’re here to assist you promptly.
Credit will be applied for credit card purchases and may take up to seven business days to post. A refund check will be issued for purchases made by check or money order.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at valerie@libbeyfarm.com with your order number and photos of wrong/damaged items.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at valerie@libbeyfarm.com within seven days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
